Access to the project site would be provided by two driveways on River Avenue and a driveway from Neptune Avenue. The western driveway on River Avenue would exclusively serve one single-family unit, and all other access would be provided through River Avenue and Neptune Avenue. The existing 54-unit apartment complex would be demolished.
