Document Description
The proposed project is an application for a Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide the subject parcel into three single-family lots consisting of 2.84, 2.69, and 4.72 acres. There is a single-family residence with a detached garage, a single-story barn, a metal roof structure, and various types of trees including oaks on-site. All structures and trees will remain. Construction of new single-family residences will require the installation of septic systems. Project site access for each lot will be taken from a flag lot driveway originating on Romero Canyon Road. Application also includes a request for a CUP for Hillside Management area and an OTP to remove one oak tree.
