- Document Description
- The proposed project involves the subdivision of 24.67 acres of the 102.56-acres project site into 22 single-family lots. The subdivision proposes to use only the lower one-third of the property to create 22 residentia lots, two private roads, and a debris basin within the 1989 Hillside Management Zone (HMZ) boundary. Over two-thirds of the property will remain open space. No homes are currently proposed, however it is expected that the subdivision would eventually be developed on a lot-by-lot basis.
