Document Description
A General Plan Amendment (GPA 007-001) proposing to amend the City's General Plan to allow "freestanding drive-through commercial structures and uses" in a wider area of Highland's "Town Center Community Policy Area." The City is proposing to include nine additional properties with the Applicant's property in the General Plan Amendment to create a larger area within the Town Center Community Policy Area for drive-through type uses. In total the General Plan Amendment would apply to ten neighboring properties extending along the south side of Base Line between Palm Avenue on the west to the State Route 30/210 Freeway on the east.
