Document Description
DFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2012-0229-R5) to the project applicant, Lennar Homes of California LLC. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) is issuing an Agreement regarding the Stream or Lake Alteration to the project applicant, Lennar Homes of California, Inc., CDFW is intending to execute a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant. The Permittee proposes to grade over, completely fill, partially fill, or partially obstruct portions of three CDFW jurisdictional drainages. Impacts will occur during the construction of a single-family residential development on the 30.4 acres site. The proposed development will include up to 200 residences on 20.2 acres of the site including bike and pedestrian trails, and a minimum 2 acre neighborhood park site with recreational facilities.
