Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2018-0051-R6 Amendment No. 1, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mission Cottages, LP. The minor amendment covers the time extension on the placement of financial security for the remaining compensatory mitigation obligations that have not yet been completed. Measure 5.1 and 5.3 have been amended to allow a time extension on when a letter of credit needs to be provided to CDFW for the remaining compensatory mitigation obligations of the project.
