The application is a request to modify an existing approved Reclamation Plan, RP 79-05 (1979), as amended (2002), in order to bring the reclamation plan into compliance with all California Surface Mining and Reclamation Act amendments passed since 1975; amend the 1979 Mining Plan to accommodate current plans and future uses; and include the entire 210-acre site and all disturbed lands under the reclamation requirement.
