Document Description
The Rancho-Porter Development Project entails the following: annexation of the project site to the City from its current location within the County of Imperial (County); amending the City General Plan (City GP); prezoning the site in accordance with the City of Brawley Zoning Ordinance (City Zoning); approval of a Specific Plan outlining the development of residential, commercial, parks, and retention basin uses on the site; and construction and operation of the residences, commercial areas, parks, basins, and infrastructure. The Project proposes to develop 210 acres of residential, commercial, and mixed-use on the 274.4 project site.
