This project proposes a General Plan Amendment for approximately 33 acres and a Zone Change for approximately 84 acres to establish Business Park/Light Industrial designations. The land use changes are required for development of four warehouse distribution buildings totaling 1,529,498 square feet. The developer also proposes Tentative Parcel Map No. 35679 to subdivide the project site into five parcels. A General Plan Amendment is also required for changes to the City's General Plan Circulation Element and the Master Plan of Trails.
