The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California proposes to appropriate $163,000 and authorize final design to improve the access road to the OC-44 service connections. The site will be regraded to improve drainage, ~4,300 sf of the existing asphalt and subgrade removed and repaired to provide all-weather, safe paved surfaces.
