Document Description
The Dept. of Developmental Services proposes to enter into a permanent easement agreement wtih an adjacent property owner. The easement will run ~600' along the north side of Asbury Creek, 50' wide from the center of the creek and cover ~0.62 acres. The easement is necessary to replace a water diversion structure along Asbury Creek and allow access for continued operation and maintenance of the water diversion structure.
