The project is an amendment to existing District Rules 3010, 3020, 3030, 3040, 3050, 3060, 3070, 3080, 3090, 3110, 3120, 3135, 3140, 3150, 3155, 3160, 3180, and 3190/ The SJVUAPCD investigated the possible environmental impacts of the proposed project and determined that said project would have no possible significant adverse effect on the environment and is necessary to reduce emissions of criteria pollutants and/or ozone precursors.
