This project will result in the acquisition by the University of California of two parcels totaling approximately 157 acrea above the south shore of Lake Berryessa in Napa County. The UC is acquiring the property on behalf of the University of California Natural Reserve System and the property will be incorporated into the approximately 2,000-acre Quail Ridge Reserve.
