Document Description
Las Posadas Demonstration State Forest is a 796 acre mixed conifer forest, zoned by Napa County as Agricultural Watershed. A single-engine fire station is co-located on the forest property. LP is unique among the State Forests because it contains the eastern-most stand of coast redwood and does not conduct commercial harvesting operations. Research and demonstration projects are conducted as part of its mission.
