Document Description
The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) is a responsible agency for this project. The Lindsay-Strathmore Irrigation Distirct (LSID) originally applied as a Proposition 84 funding project. they originally filed a Notice of Exemption under CCR, Title 14, Section 15301 (Class 1 - Existing Facilities) and Section 15302 (Class 2 - Replacement or Reconstruction). The project was not able to complete the application process. CDPH recommended and invited LSID to reapply as a feasibility and planning study for their project in order to allow them the time necessary to complete their designs, plans, and specifications.
