Document Description
The City of Lompoc is performing aerial surveys of the City and outlying areas. Their contractor needs to enter State property and place 6' fabric target "X" markers in places that create registration marks for the aerial survey. THe markers will be fixed to the ground with standard "tent stakes". After the survey the fabric markers will be retrieved.
