The proposed project consists of an acquisition of two parcels (approximately a total of 11 acres) of land located in Del Norte County, CA. The proposed action will transfer land ownership to the California Department of Parks and Recreation. The parcels are adjacent to and will be an addition to Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park. The approximate 11 acres are located adjoining the current State Park boundaries. The project consists of transfers of ownership in interests in land in order to preserve open space, habitat, or historical resources.
