The proposed project consists of an acquisition approximately 2 acres located in El Dorado County, adjacent to and west of Highway 49 in Coloma, California. The proposed action will transfer land ownership to the California Department of parks and Recreation. The parcel is adjacent to and will be an addition to the Department of Parks and Recreation, Marshall Gold State Historic Park. The project consists of transfers of ownership in interests in land in order to preserve open space, habitat, or historical resources.
