Document Description
The proposed action consists of the Bureau of Reclamation purchasing up to ~8,863 acre-feet of water per year (through Feburary 28, 2011) from the Stevinson Water District to meet refuge water needs at the East Bear Creek Unit of the San Luis National Wildlife Complex. In addition, ~100 AF of water would be used for testing the newly construct East Bear Creek pumping plant in early spring of 2008.
