The Project is the adoption and implementation of a Redevelopment Plan for a Project Area that encompasses ~1,300 acres. Boundaries of the proposed Project Area are generally located northeast and southwest of Barton/Palmira/Young Road, north of Fawn/Treehaven, and northwest and southeast of Roger/Emerald Bay in the south and central portions of the City of South Lake Tahoe.
