Document Description
The proposed project is a General Plan Amendment (GPA) and Zoning Map Amendment (ZMA) proposal to develop a 7.47-acre site in south Nevada County into Bear River Plaza. The proposed GPA and ZMA are intended to change the land use designations of two adjacent parcels located at the corner of West Hacienda Drive and Combie Road, also known as APNs 21-730-73 (2.01 acres) and 21-730-74 (7.47 acres) and to change the General Plan and Zoning designations of the 1.7-acre residential and 1.5-acre open space parcels created as a part of the proposed parcel map.
