Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2008-0009-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Town of Truckee. The project would add up to 4 feet of new paved surface on one side, or on both sides, of the road where needed to accommodate a striped 5-foot bicycle lane in each direction. In addition to new bike lanes, the proposed project also includes safety and maintenance elements. To treat runoff from existing and new impervious surfaces up to 34 pipe inlet (PI) and drain inlet (DI) structures with sand traps will also be installed.
