Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0019-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Gold Rush Enterprises, or John Kautz on behalf of Permittee. Project is limited to: 1) The placement of fill dirt north of Angels Creek, necessary to construct home pads. The new home pads are being constructed along the southern edge of the subdivision and will raise ground levels in the buildable portions of the lots an average of 8 inches; 2) The construction of two detention ponds north of Angels Creek is necessary to detain and meter water drainage from the subdivision. The detention ponds will average eight inches depth and will tie into an existing outfall in the western portion of the construction site. No water will be diverted, and no work will occur within the channel of Angels Creek. Total riparian vegetation removal will include approx. 0.8 acre of Himalayan blackberry (Rubus armeniacus) and approx. seven valley oak (Quercus lobata) trees ranging from four to eight inches diameter at breast height. Valley oak trees removed from site will be mitigated for at a 3:1 ratio through the Oak Woodlands Conservation Program, as stated in the MND submitted for this project.
