The existing Hillcrest Road has two narrow vehicle travel lanes. The Hillcrest Road Improvement Project would widen each of the two vehicle travel lanes to 12-foot widths, add shoulders, and add a 5-foot-wide Class II bicycle lane. No new vehicle travel lanes would be added. Hillcrest Road would provide one-way traffic flow.
