Document Description
The project consists of the construction of a retaining wall along the top of the sloped bank at 1820 and 1816 Wharf Road. The proposed retaining wall would help to support the house and deck at 1820 Wharf Road should the existing caisson be undermined. The portion of retaining wall at 1816 Wharf Road would help to increase the level area of the yard. In addition to the retaining wall, the project at 1816 Wharf Road also includes the construction of a new 3,086 square foot, two-story single-family residence and garage. Both parcels are located in the AR/R-1 (Automatic Review/Single Family Residence) zoning district.
