Document Description
Note Ref: SCH#'s 1995123032, 2004072067 The UCSF proposes to construct a 626-space parking structure as part of its development of Phase I of the UCSF Medical Center at Mission Bay. The proposed Phase I parking garage was fully analyzed in the UCSF Medical Center at Mission Bay EIR (UCSF MCMB EIR). This SIR has been prepared to update the UCSF MCMB EIR in order to analyze three minor changes to the proposed Phase I garage. In addition, this SEIR updates the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions analysis for the proposed Phase I garage in light of new GFG significance criteria recently adopted by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD).
