The City of San Leandro and ICI Development Company (ICI) are undertaking review of a significant project to be located on a 65-acre site near I-880 and Marina Boulevard. ICI proposes to develop the northern 30 acres of the site with a 387,000 square foot retail project (consisting of large format stores, multi-tenant retail uses, restaurants, soft goods, and service-oriented retailers) and a mixed-use residential project (consisting of up to 250 one-and two-bedroom apartments and 25,000 square feet of retail uses).
