Single-family residences will be situated amid the vineyards and will be constructed with a consistent architectural theme. Each home will be desgned in a European/Mediterranean architectural style consistent with a vineyard-themed setting. Large lots and clustering techniques will be utilized in accordance with the Nevada County General Plan Directive - Policy 1.18, which will allow the project to retain roughly 85 percent of the existing vineyard land for continued agricultural use.
