Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2010-0146-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Diablo Water District. The project is limted to installation of an 18" water pipeline crossing below Marsh Creek and along 1,350 feet of east bank. The pipeline will convey water from new wells east of Marsh Creek to a water treatment plant to the west. The pipeline will be constructed through jack and bore.
