Document Description
The project is a proposal to build the following improvements on a vacant property in San Geronimo: 1) a two-story, 1,672 square foot single-family residence; and 2) an unenclosed 330 sf, attached carport. As proposed, the dwelling would have a maximum height of 28 ft, 6 inches and would maintain the following minimum setbacks from corresponding property lines: 25 ft from the northerly front property line (along Meadow Way); 44 ft from the westerly side property line; and 10 ft from the easterly side of the property line.
