Document Description
On March 28, 2018, the City of Montebello adopted a Resolution finding that a proposed irrevocable offer of dedication (IOD) of land is consistent with the City's general plan, approving the IOD as to form, and directing staff to commence certain improvements on the property. The IOD is for 86,294 sq. ft. of property owned by Sentinel Peak Resources for a right-of-way easement for access, trials, and bike paths purposes on Montebello Blvd between Lincoln Avenue and Paramount Blvd. The improvements to the property, to be performed by the City and Sentinel Peal Resources, include, but are not limited to, new curb, gutter, sidewalk, and landscaping improvements; twelve-foot wide turn lanes; Class II bike lanes; additional bus stops or turnabouts; and road widening. All of these improvements were fully covered by and analyzed in the Final Recirculated EIR for the Montebello Hills Specific Plan, which the City Council certified on June 10, 2015.
