36-month time extension for Vesting Tentative Tract Map I(VTTM) No. 70420 previously approved on June 10, 2015, extending the expiration date to a new date of June 10, 2020. EIR was previously certified (Resolution No. 15-32) by the Montebello City Council on June 10, 2015, and preparation of additional environmental documentation for the said VTTM time extension is not necessary because there are no substantial or new information of substantial importance related to this extension of time that will result in new significant environmental effects or a substantial increase in the severity of previously identified significant effects.
