The Applicant proposes to operate four new water storage tanks at two plants, two 0.6-MG water storage tanks at Plant M3 and two 0.7-MG water storage tanks at Plant M7. The tanks were constructed as a part of the City of Montebello’s Montebello Hills Specific Plan (MHSP) Project. The MHSP Project also proposed to construct and place into service a booster pump at M3, a future domestic 0.5 MG reservoir, and four new pump stations.
