Document Description
Two structurally unsafe buildings at Villa Park Elementary School would be demolished. The buildings are registered on the CA and National Registers of Historic Resources. They have fallen into despair and pose a safety hazard to school occupants. The area where the buildings occupy (Project Site) would be landscaped with natural turf and ornamental vegetation and would become an extension of the school's courtyard. The District would maintain the courtyard.
