Document Description
The proposed project is an application for a Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide four adjoining parcels to build four detached condominium units and one private driveway/fire lane. The project site falls under the East Pasadena-East San Gabriel Community Standards District and is currently used as a plant nursery. The applicant is requesting an Oak Tree Permit to construct street improvements within the drip line of two oak trees. Grading in the amount of 2,000 cubic yards is proposed and balanced on-site. Sewer and water services for the project site will be provided by the Los Angeles County Sanitation District and Pasadena Water and Power.
