Document Description
On October 13,2010, the Fontana City Council ("City Council") adopted Resolution No. 106 ("Resolution"), a resolution of the Fontana City COuncil approving the Redevelopment Agency's use of property tax increment funds for the Fire Station 71 renovation and expansion pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 33445 and making certain findings with regard thereto. The City Council's adoptiong of the Resolution was undertaken to facilitate implementation of the Fire Station 71 Expansion and Renovation Project ("Project"), the environmental impacts of which were fully analyzed in the Final Environmental Impact Report [state clearinghouse #2008011095] ("Final EIR") certified by the City on July , 2009.
