Document Description
On October 13, 2010, the Fontana Fire Protection District ("District") adopted Resolution No. 05 ("Resolution"), a resolution of the Fontana Fire Protection District approving the use of property tax increment funds for the Fire State 71 renovation and expansion pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 33445, approving the conveyance of property to the City of Fontana, and making Responsible Agency findings pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act. The District's adoption of the Resolution was undertaken to facilitate implementation of the Fire State 71 Expansion and Renovation Project ("Project"), the environmental impacts of which were fully analyzed in the Final Environmental Impact Report [State Clearinghouse #2008011095](Final EIR) certified by the Fontana City Council on July 8, 2009.
