Document Description
On October 13, 2010, the Fontana Redevelopment Agency ("Agency") adopted Resolution No. 016 ("Resolution"), a resolution of the Fontana Redevelopment Agency approving the conveyance of that certain parcel to the City of Fontana pursuant to Health and Safety Code sections 33430 and 33431 and making responsible agency findings pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act to facilitate to renovation and expansion of Fire Station 71. The Agency's adoption of the Resolution was undertaken to facilitate implementation of the Fire State 71. The Agency's adoption of the Resolution was undertaken to facilitate implementation of the Fire Station 71 Expansion and Renovation Project ("project"), the environmental impacts of which were fully analyzed in the Final Environmental Impact Report [State Clearinghouse # 2008011095] ("Final EIR") certified by the Fontana City Council on July 8, 2009.
