Document Description
The project will develop a third phase of student housing on the UCI East Campus. The project will consist of apartments, town homes, community amenities, and a parking structure on three separate sites totaling ~21 acres. The project will develop ~1,760 student beds on two of the East Campus sites and a parking structure on a third East Campus site. Bicycle paths, pedestrian paths, and the campus shuttle system will continue to provide access from the East Campus residential area to the campus academic core. The existing project sites are either undeveloped or developed with surface parking.
