Document Description
The MCGC Parking Structure project would be located on an existing surface parking lot off of West Alisal Street, between Cayuga and Capitol Streets. The project proposes a multi-level parking structure consisting of up to 550 parking spaces on 5 levels, plus a 3/4 underground level. The structural footprint would be approximately 35,000 square feet, constructed on a 43,400 square foot parcel, with a structural height of up to 57 feet. The parking structure would be for County and Court employees and contractor use only. There would be no public access or parking for jurors or visitors.
