Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0152-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Southern California Edison, represented by Hazem Gabr. The project is limited to construction, operation, and maintenance of a new 25 mile,115-kV subtransmission line between the existing SCE Valley Substation and the existing Ivyglen Substation. The project includes the construction of a new, single-circuit 115kV subtransmission line and fiber optic line, including the installation and construction of wood poles, guy poles, lightweight steel poles, hybrid poles, tubular steel poles, underground duct banks, and underground vaults. Additionally, the project involves the installation of fiber optic lines on the structures and underground in new and existing conduit, the transfer of existing distribution circuits along portions of the subtransmission line, and the installation of new 115-kV switching and protective equipment.
