Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2014-0003-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Bonsail Group, LLC. The project is limited to stream impacts associated with the Lila Del Cielo Residential Development Project. The overall development project will construct a 76-unit condominium development and associated infrastructure within 10.99 acres of the 54.82-acre property. A tributary to San Luis Rey River will be filled to accommodate streets, driveways, building pads, storm drains, utilities, and a stormwater detention basin.
