Document Description
The project consists of a Combined Development Permit that includes the following:
- A Coastal Administrative Permit for the demolition of the existing structures, construction of a two-story 6,469 square foot single family dwelling with 2,612 square foot basement and attached garage, 1,866 square feet of patio, retaining walls, driveway, and grading of 1,490 cubic yards of cut and 400 cubic yards of fill;
- A Coastal Administrative Permit for the construction of a 657 square foot Caretaker Unit;
- A Coastal Development Permit to allow development within 100 feet of Environmentally Sensitive Habitat (ESHA);
- A Coastal Development Permit to allow development within a 750 foot cultural resources (archaeological) buffer zone; and
- A Design Approval.
There is no planned tree removal, and the existing trees on the project site will be protected during demolition and construction activities.
