CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2014-0024-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, Excel Property Management Services, as represented by Chris Ramos. The project proposes to develop a residential community along the Arroyo Santa Rosa Creek, which will permanently impact 0.336 acres of streambed and associated habitat and temporarily impact 0.594 acres. The project will mitigate with 2.274 acres of creation and/or restoration.
