Document Description
The proposed project consists of Phase II of the Master Plan for infrastructure improvements to the existing USC Wrigley Marine Science Center. The project will develop an existing scrap and raw material storage yard with a new maintenance facility, including a storage yard, fueling station, propane tanks, vehicle garage and repair bay, vehicle washing area, reclaimed water facility, equipment storage, emergency generators, and solar panels. The existing sewage treatment plant will be relocated to the proposed maintenance facility area. Five additional housing pads for energy-efficient, short-term faculty and staff housing are proposed. A new access road and pedestrian path linking the maintenance facility to the other Scienc Center facilities are proposed.
