Document Description

Four of the units will be within an existing building that will be moved within the property. Also, a Zone Variance to permit a building height of 65 feet in lieu of the maximum 60 feet pursuant to Q Condition and Zoning Administrator Adjustments to permit a front yard setback of 5 feet in lieu of the required 15 feet, a rear yard setback of variable 5 to 10 feet in lieu of required 16 feet, and a side yard of 5 feet in lieu of the required 7 feet. The applicant is also requesting for haul route approval.
