The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) proposes to grant two permanent easements across Metropolitan's property. Metropolitan is proposing to grant the permanent easements to the City of Riverside to access portions of APN 263-320-001 (a portion of MWD Parcel No. 1609-1-9) to operate and maintain portions of a public road and public utilities located within Metropolitan's property.
