Document Description
The proposed grant by Sierra Nevada Conservancy would allow the enhancement of habitat of the Buffalo-Skedaddle sage grouse population on Cold Springs Mountain and Dodge Spring, which are on the Bureau of Land Management properties. The project would involve the cutting, manipulation, and/or removal of invasive Western juniper trees, overgrown sage brush, and Scotch thistle for the purpose of improving sage grouse habitat.
