Document Description
The proposed project consists of a Use Permit to allow recreational vehicle and boat storage on an existing self storage facility location, on ~4.87 acres in the GC (General Commercial) zone. The recreational vehicles and boats will be stored in designated outdoor parking spaces along the perimeter of the existing self storage facility. The storage facility was originally built in 1980. No new construction or development is being proposed with the current application.
