The work authorized by this agreement is limited to: seasonally operating 6 diversion sites and a pump station to divert water from Clover and Dobe Swale Creeks in accordance with the Responsible Party's valid water right. This agreement does not authorize the construction of stream crossings, removal of riparian vegetation, planting of riparian vegetation, or any other type of construction on the bed, banks, or channel of any stream.
